1. (7) Remember those breakfast coupons? We shouldn't have bothered - the breakfast options were so poor and the food so bad that I wished they hadn't given it away.

2. To be honest, I think a 'poor' rating is pretty high for this hotel looking back at all the problems with it, it certainly is not a nice hotel, nor is it a premium hotel.

6. Over and over I kept trying to find a redeeming quality for this hotel and repeatedly, rude, slovenly and just simply poor service on the part of hotel and restaraunt staff; dirty, broken, and poorly laid out facilities; and just bad food presented themselves.

7. The poor folks who have trusted you with their convention are having to find alternate lodging since some are dependent on oxygen and CPAP.

9. Cockroach in bathroom, paint peeling and blistered in bathroom ceiling, wallpaper in bathroom had pen scribbles all over the place from a child, Old, poor television sets, Entire hotel smells musty like grandma`s old house and is in serious need of a remodeling.
