1. The room was very dingy and lacked light, you needed all the lights on during the daytime to help make the room somewhat bright.

8. Portable DVD player stollen, front desk personnel showed lack of concern or willingness to assist (both when we checked out & when we returned from our vacation).

9. Security seems to be an ongoing comment here and it was certainly a problem in the first room, but for me climate control, or lack there of, was a bigger problem.
