1. Asked Patricia in HSKPG to come and smell smoke in bathroom, she confirmed the odor- she kindly went to the front desk- returned and told me someone would be up- no one ever came- left my cell phone number again with front desk on am of checkout- never received a call from the manager.

3. The smell dissipated after we turned on the air conditioner for awhile, and the pool activity ceased at around 10pm which was fine.
