1. We complained to the front desk, who did nothing but stare at us like deer in headlights.

2. Pool area was a little crazy with all of the people but nice - however they hoarded the towels in a back room yet we were told at the front desk that pool towels were at the pool- Went to the front desk to complain about no towels at the pool- was told ' there should be an attendant in the pool area' When i stood there and stared replying, ' I would not be standing here if i received help in the pool area, she finally said that she would call 'someone' I finally went to the back area of the pool to find a kid in the back and asked him for towels- He replied - 'everyone winds up taking them up to the room, so we don't put them out' as he handed me 4 towels from the overflowing laundry cart full of clean towels.

3. I complained to the front desk, and was told 'we have a no smoking policy'---after a long a long pause- I asked how they enforced it, and no answer was given.

5. The next morning, as we were checking out, the girl who had been on staff when we first complained about the room not being serviced and toilet not being addressed was again at the desk.

6. Again, when we checked out, I did not complain, but no one asked how our stay went or anything beyond 'Checking out?' Most ot all, it felt dirty, and I am not a terribly picky person.

7. I called to schedule a wake-up call on my last night and given the fact that I had to get up at 3am, the desk clerk reassured me that she would contact the parents of the children running through the hall (this was on her own volition, not because I complained about them).
