1. ' Unfortunately, our respite from these rude people was very short, as they all came in to the dining area, kids crying, parents screaming and all of them spilling things & making a mess.

2. Add to this that an apparently local family had a birthday party in the meeting room and pool area one of those nights, and the kids were rude and unruly, running through the halls, shoving people, and making an absolute mess out of the restrooms, and this stay was nothing short of a trying nightmare.
