I was a little scared of the overall experience after reading some of the reviews on trip advisor, but then I remembered that every placed I ended up loving always had some negative comments on tripadvisor (you can't make everyone's happy - lol)I was greeted by a very freindly front desk clerk who gave me the wrist bands for the guests, explained to me politely how the waterpark works and told me I could use a bell cart to bring all the food and decorations for the party.
