1. I can't believe a Hyatt could be run this poorly.

2. The general manager is new and the previous GM ran the property poorly and was very negative on the staff as told to me by the valet manager.

5. The shower was something out of the 70's, pressure was good, but the shower-head was just like a fire hose, the bath was very poorly fitted and the door was 3 different shades of brown where obvious patching had taken place.

9. 6) Hotel drapes are poorly constructed - they don't go all the way down to the floor so that in the morning bright swath of light enters the room since there is about a 2 inch gap7) Room itself is way outdated and old - they have 1980's style faucet fixtures and were missing the H and C symbols.
