1. First time I was upgraded to a suite because the front desk felt bad for the airline losing our luggage and the 2nd time we stuck the normal room.

8. No hot tub either :(And to finish up the bad: with the 5 elevators it's quite easy to head in the wrong direction when you're trying to get to your room.

10. Ocean Avenue is 15 -20 mins driving distance and the area is actually not that bad: Bayside Market is nearby.
