6. what a mistake that would have beeni have literally travelled the world on business and pleasure many times over and whether it was the Peninsula in Hong Kong or the Ritz in California i have never encountered a staff this friendly, accomodating and competent.

8. if you were to make a mistake while checking your self in or need assistance with anything else, there is no one ready to help you, due to small front desk staff and lack of hospitality.
