1. downside was you had to pay for wifi but we were in a package and I think they do offer certain packages which include wifi.

5. The only downside is that the hotel is a little 1970s decore, the fold out bed was pretty uncomfortable, but if you don't need one the bed was fantastic.

9. On the downside, the level of Englsh of some staff isn't quite what I expected and I ended up having to speak in Spanish to be understood.
