1. Our return trip to the airport was equally poor - too many people waiting for the one working shuttle (the hotel clearly knew what bookings they had that day.

5. Tthe facilities at the Sheraton were not quite as nice (generic lobby, cafeteria style restaurant, dingy beer-soaked sports bar, and musty room), but the major failing of the Sheraton was the poor customer service.

10. The bar is expensive and the service there was poor (if not terrible) : we sit at the bar and it took almost 5 minutes to take our order by the barman before he quit what he was mending behind the bar almost in front of us.
