1. Our only real issue was on leaving the international terminal, there appeared to be no signs for the bus pick up points.

2. Unfortunately, I did encounter some negative issues with the my stay like the tub faucet breaking and coming to my room on two different occasions to find my room not having been cleaned.

3. At checkout, I explained all of this to the concierge, and said that I just didn't want to be charged for the damage and to make them aware of the issue.

4. The only two issues I had during my stays in January were the quality of one of the rooms I had to stay in for one night and the temporary location of the Club Lounge.

7. The only issue is that it is remote if you want to go to South Beach or downtown, or anyplace that isn't the Miami airport for that matter.

8. We hadn't meant to stay over the night but two American Airline maintenance issues left us late for our connector home and we ended up here.
