2. The trip is maybe a mile and costs $11 (not a bad rate eh?) The hotel reception was not interested in the lack of shuttles (although there was a shuttle standing idle in the grounds).

6. Hotel location isvery near to the airport, but it is very tough to drive to there from somewhere else, due to the frequent renovation on airport access and lack of update of most GPS devices.

8. The management tried to explain away the lack of waiters/service by blaming the uncertainty of flights, but we were there for a week, and it was the same all week, so I feel that it is not a good excuse.

10. also, before assigning a room that is fit for disable guests they should ask the customer, these rooms lack of "other" amenities that are expected in a regular room.
