1. The other issue people seem to address on this board is the lack of restaurants in the vicitinity which is a problem if you do not have a car.

4. I travel frequently, I always check details like this so I don't have problems, and to be told that their staff couldn't have made a mistake (especially after the fiasco trying to catch the shuttle) was insulting.

7. The ONLY reason I did not rate at 1, is because the morning staff did manage to fix the problem a little.

10. The first room we were given on the first floor smelled so strongly of mold and mildew that we had to change to another room after an hour as we were both starting to get conjested and I started having breathing problems.
