I hope however if this Hotel's phanthom Manager is reading, I hope the poor and insulting treatment towards me and my family had nothing to do with our ethnicity, colour of our skin (Afro-American), or race where we did not identify along the lines of the predominant latino population among staff and guest at your hotel.
