1. The only negative side, if any, was that check-out time was 12:00pm but housekeeping wanted to come in our room around 9:30am ;We forgot to put the Please come back later sign out.

2. The only negative thing I have to say is that we called the front desk to see if we could get a room at the same rate for our one night stay after our Jamaica trip, and they were not able to accommodate us.
