1. If I had to find a downside, it would be that they only run one courtesy bus an hour to and from the airport so if you clear immigration etc.

2. If I had to find a downside I would say that the prices at their dining facilities, room service and even their mini bar were ridiculously expensive however you can find food elsewhere.
