1. My other criticisms of the room would be: (2) unfortunately, the design of each bedroom is that the bathtub and toilet are in one room (with the noisy fan), and the sink is directly in the bedroom.

4. None of this problems were terrible ones, but they all together made my stay an unforgettable one, unfortunately not in a good sense.

5. There are two good things I'd like to say about it: 1) The rooms are large 2) The rates are reasonable (US$ 119)unfortunately these are the ONLY good things about it.

6. unfortunately, I probably would not stay here again because there are other choices near the airport (if needed) that I believe are more reliable.

7. unfortunately, upon checking in the hotel and explaining the situation and expressing some frustration, the clerk barely apologized and didn't offer us anything to make up for the lack of service.

8. unfortunately, it was delivered at 12:55 and was cold, but the Front Desk was very kind and told us we could stay in our room to eat it.

10. unfortunately when we walked into the room it smelled of cigarette smoke which was unacceptable to us and Alberto called down to the front desk, got our room changed, went downstairs to get the key for our new room and moved our luggage to our new room which was smoke free and very nice.
