2. Anyways, to make a long story short, you'll pay about $140 for crappy customer service (unless it's Annie), a sub-par setting, loud noises to keep you awake, and have to deal with front desk managers who are rude, disdainful, and antagonistic.

3. A security guard came to the desk and she began speaking to him in Spanish about me, not realizing that with 4 years of Spanish I can understand certain things, as well as the fact that it was rude behavior also.

4. Only problem was with suggested outside restaurant, Mamma Caruso's which delivered the wrong order, charged $37 for a sandwich and a salad and was rude when asked to fix the problem--which they didn't.

5. The front desk person was a bit rude to us and when we asked for a cart he was too busy talking to his coworkers that he just cut us short.
