2. Unfortunately when we walked into the room it smelled of cigarette smoke which was unacceptable to us and Alberto called down to the front desk, got our room changed, went downstairs to get the key for our new room and moved our luggage to our new room which was smoke free and very nice.

3. Lastly, we could not find a single garbage can in our two bedroom suite only in the kitchen which is totally unacceptable to me.
