1. Some minor issues with operating the DVD (I know, big deal, but we did bring along one movie for our child and the issue was resolved) and the in-room telephones (which we also didn't really need as we all had cell phones).

3. We had a medical delima and the staff were quick to assist in solving the issue and took us EVERYWHERE we wanted to go.
