1. Ear plugs would have helped solve the problem but, I had a sure bet of sleep very close by so.

3. I did mention the problem to the front desk, but they seemed to feel it was something beyond their control and I got the impression it had been that way for a while.

7. It must be said that the hotel does warn you of noise,but we never had a problem with it during our two night stay.

8. There has never been a bedbug problem at this hotel, Terminix applies an annual prevent measure, the report of a problem of this sort is simply not true.

When we were checking in, there was some problem with the cards being programmed in the doors, so we had to wait a little bit, which we didn't really care about but they were very apologetic the whole time, and ended up giving us the round room with the wrap-around balcony, so that was really cool.
