1. We certainly can't complain about the room, as somehow we were upgraded to the Hilton Rewards Executive Suite, and no one even mentioned it to us.

4. the spa was nice to relax in, overall i would say to anyone visiting memphis stay here,(also on the lobby desk there is a sign that prewarns guests the beale street is so close and it can get nosiy in the wee hours) so if that is not for you then dont stay and then complain of the noise we did not find it a problem,.
