2. I did have to cross the street at least twice to avoid a panhandler & someone who appeared to want to approach me, and though it may have been Southern hospitality, I did not respond to a 3rd urban stranger who seemed to want to make conversation in passing.

4. My standard room on the 7th floor (good view) had nice and new furniture (the bed was good), the bathroom was OK and there are more than enough TV channels available for people who, for some kind of reason, want to avoid the ribs, beer and music outside.
