1. Even so, 45 minutes in limbo at check in, another hour in limbo the next morning, and a manager untruthfully telling an audience we made an issue when it was our mistake (which it was not), are big enough drawbacks that I don`t think I`ll be returning.

2. In our reservation I specifically mentioned nonsmoking, and even in my confirmation call one day prior they mentioned this would not be an issue.
