1. I was also annoyed that he did not offer us any sort of discount for either the inconvenience of a 45 minute check in or the inconvenience of switching us to a room type we did not reserve (particularly as we paid extra for a room not received).

2. I was very annoyed that he had not warned us before we got to the room that we`d been switched to something else, particularly after that lengthy delay finding our reservation.
