1. Originally had 'Partial Ocean View' room which overlooked parking lot with trash dumpster which smelled so bad we asked for room change.

2. This hotel has good and bad points, I would consider staying there again but like I said earlier I would not pay anymore then $150 a night but its more like a $125 a night hotel.

3. While it is Venice Beach, how bad can it be?What the owners of this particular property are doing isn`t the only construction going on in the neighborhhood.

4. I must say I was still impressed with this hotel: it was clean with good location and breakfast was not bad (toast, bagels, muffins, cereals, fruit, good coffee and juice).
