1. The hotel does have car parking on the second level, unfortunately though this costs approx $22 per night.

2. unfortunately for me, the keys were not properly activated and after arriving at my 7th floor room, via two seperate elevators, I had to go all the way back down again for them to activate the keys properly.

3. Myself and sister arrived in LA from Australia on the 25th Sept - unfortunately we arrived at 8.

4. unfortunately, the second set of lifts were not working at the time so we went back down to reception and they had to open up the staircase to we could get our suitcases to our room.
