1. I was very annoyed by the 1 washer and 1 dryer inconvenience for the entire hotel and the ridiculous cost to use them.

2. No printer in business center and it was a pain and inconvenient that the hotel requires guests to use the hotel lobby printer; you have to wait in line, then the desk clerk heaves the screen and key board on the lobby desk to use and for all to see what you type.
