1. Did not have a problem with the pool being crowded - we were out most of the day and used the pool after 4pm when most quests were getting ready to go out.

2. The location was a bit off the beaten path (Mallory Sq/Duvall St), but we had a car, and the Key is only 2x4 miles, so not a problem.

5. There were some people stranded at the shuttle stop because the van wasn't big enough, and this problem needs to be addressed, because some folks got pretty mad about that.
