1. Our only complaints was the pool was very small, there never was enough chairs (for the 6 day vacation we were never able to get a chair by the pool), and we often had to wait for 10-20 minutes for towels.

2. My only complaint would be the bathrooms - if you have any physical limitations, the shower/tub is very high and would be difficult to get in and out of.
