1. I viewed the location being away from Old Town as a plus, considering it took no more than 10 minutes to get there from the hotel, and you didn't have to worry about any noise from Duval St.

3. These rooms are in the foyer of the attached suite so the occupants in the suite easily make noise while entering their room.
