1. The hotel was wonderful; the only problem was there is no elevator in the building we stayed at so it was difficult to get the luggage up and down steps.

2. Our only problem was more noise than we expected at night due to a small lounge that is placed among some the rooms, but when we asked the front desk if they could move us to a quieter room, they took care of it, including moving our luggage for us.

3. We did not hear people in the other rooms or outside of our room, but doors slamming all night was a problem.

4. We asked a maintenance worker and were surprised at how quick he responded to our needs and within 1 hour the problem was solved and we were directed to a locale business that was more than helpful in dealing with our problem, when we first could have handled this from the start but due to the front desk employee's superfical attitude we sat in our room trying to figure out the best way to handle this problem 2000 miles from home.

9. Noise from the outside was not a problem, even though the opposing hotel's nightspot on the pier was close enough that I could hear the party from my deck.
