1. I was only really bothered by this on Saturday night when several guest came back late and were a little loud, and on Sunday morning, when a guest dragged his or her rolling suitcase down the stairs at 6 AM.

2. The a/c was cool and efficient and a might be a little loud for some people, I know,how can you hear the a/c with the band and street sounds? Well with the French door`s closed the street sounds are not that bad.
