1. Most of the staff was very helpful with dinner reservations or providing other info; there were 2 younger foriegn fellows who did sem to have somewhat of an attitude problem and did not really listen.

4. the problem was they would need to move us to a Standard room for 1 night, but then upgrade us to a Junior Suite for the following 2 nights.
