1. The reservation was easy, the pre-stay arrangements were perfect, the room was great, the staff was very nice and helpful (I can`t imagine where the bad comments ever came from), the pool area was delightful and the food service in the restaurant and the room service breakfast were great.

2. I have worked for the Disney Co, and they do a top job, I have seen pretty bad places to great places, and this is one of the ones I rate other by.
