2. Upon complaining about the constant noise, the cell phone usage by the pool and in public areas, the cigarette butts all over the pool deck, there was NO resolve.

9. The location of the Marquesa is pretty central to Duval Street and to Mallory Square (not too far to walk), however, our room had very uncomfortable beds and the street noise was difficult to deal with.
