1. My children and I were offered a CLEAN and comfortable suite and we were able to try to put the very disturbing and unfortunate situation from the other hotel behind us.

2. I have been a loyal Hilton Diamond member for over 10 years, but unfortunately I have to say there are better options in the Jacksonville area than this hotel, although a good remodeling might change my mind.
