1. The next morning, there was a note from the manager apologizing for the incident and inviting all who had questions or complaints to meet him personally in the lobby, where he would be available.

2. The tub actually looked really clean, no complaints there, so why not pay as much attention to detail with the toilet and sink?One more thing to note - the AC vent in the bathroom that is parallel to the long sink.
