1. (No attitude, very politely, BTW)As I walked away, feeling more like a scolded child than a guest (yeah, DIAMOND guest) I noted there was NO sign anywhere noting that the area (I was rudely chastised in) was for a 'Private Party'.

3. You could say that the many issues we experienced with rude guests and their children is not the hotel's fault but I would say that in my many years of traveling that hotels mostly get the guests they want to get.

4. When we checked in we were greeted by a fairly rude manager, we found they had given our king No smoking suite away and were offered a choice of king smoking or double non smoking, we took the double, we were too tired to argue the fact that we had booked 3 months in advance.
