4. I had housekeeping issues with my room, told the front desk manager Sarah and she handled it right away.

5. Noise insulation of poorly fitting sliding glass doors non existant - even with fan running can easily hear traffic on bridge over the river - and thats just cars, Throw in a truck or motor bike and sleep becomes an issue.

7. Concerned however about the self parking as it is underground which is not an issue however it had rained and the garage was very wet and maintained an odor due to the sitting water.

9. It`s only $10/night but how cheap does this make this particular hotel seem?? Why not just include it in the cost of the room so that it`s not an issue??We were there for the Jacksonville Holiday Light-ups.
