3. The bed was a king memory foam mattress, that was a bit hard when we first put our heads down, but the sleep quality wasn't too bad, although my girlfriend noted that the sheets were very scratchy, and not all that comfortable.

9. Parking was underground in a tiny garage with narrow parking spaces and no security - a bad combination considering the hotel's location in consideration with downtown Jacksonville.
