The lobby area looks decent, but rooms are very dated with peeling wallpaper, worn carpet, reglazed bathtub that was also peeling, and a rusty balcony door with a crappy lock that was

While I had a riverfront room and the view was excellent, the sliding glass door was

to open and was constantly covered with moisture.
