1. We didn't have any problems, on either stay, though.

4. Even when there was a small crisis for a couple on their way to the airport, the staff remained calm and polite as they worked with the couple to try to resolve the problem.

10. The room was the same and had the same problems in regards to mildew odor, but it was on the pool deck so we could walk down the hall to get outside to get some fresh air if we needed it.
