1. I called and spoke with a manager about it and decided to bring up the other previous issues.

4. I have had issues with staff banging on my door at 9:00 am to check the mini bar or housekeeping barging in around 10:00 am.

5. There were a couple of very minor maintenance issues with the room, but overall a very nice feel, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and perfect location.

8. If they can battle the noise issue and wrangle a few more options for meal services in the area, they'd get an easy bump up in the ratings.
