7. I asked for information on the valet company to make a formal complaint and not one of the three clerks at the front desk would provide any information on the valet company.

8. I know I had a great price but wondered if this was the kind of room that they gave to the people who book through expedia and get a cheaper rate? The reason I say that is that several people down our same hall had the same complaints that I did.
