3. I am a coaches wife and we travel on a regular basis, I was a little dissapointed at first at the lack of concierge staff at this particular hotel as we travel with our children and I am always trying to find things to keep me and the kids occupied while my husband is away at meetings etc.

5. I have to agree with previous reviewer LCarpenter and a couple of the other reviewers when I say that what REALLY disappointed me was the very noticeable lack of room cleanliness.
