1. I was shocked to find the poor condition of the hotel: the toilet required multiple attempts to flush each time; the toilet seat was broken; the light fixtures were loose and one didn't work; one of the two elevators was broken when we arrived and still didn't work a full week later; the working elevator had broken and loose tiles on its floor and several graffiti marks on the walls; the carpets were dirty; some debris on the floor in the hallway was still there after a week.

2. When I arrived there I asked for another room as the one they put me in was dirty even the sheets.

3. AC/ heating unit broken, used soap in shower, very loud in halls, staff did nothing about noise on 3 of 4 nights, I was threatened by the guests when I asked them to be quiet, had to ask for coffee every day (usually in rooms), dirty wash cloth used to clean shower left on floor by 'house keeping', house keeping knocked on door at 7:50 AM and again at 8:00 AM, front desk seemed unconcerned about my complaints, front desk unable to give cc receipt.

4. This Ramada was dirty, the beds were poorly made, nothing worked, and the gym was dirty and outdated, elevators smelled - definitely not suitable for business travel.

7. Elevator brass railings need polishing, some elevator buttons need illuminations, carpet in my room was stained and dirty, tub drain broken, bathroom door and walls actually had dirty handprints on them, wallpaper torn in some places, the room really needs painting and the lampshades need updating.
