2. AC/ heating unit broken, used soap in shower, very loud in halls, staff did nothing about noise on 3 of 4 nights, I was threatened by the guests when I asked them to be quiet, had to ask for coffee every day (usually in rooms), dirty wash cloth used to clean shower left on floor by 'house keeping', house keeping knocked on door at 7:50 AM and again at 8:00 AM, front desk seemed unconcerned about my complaints, front desk unable to give cc receipt.
