1. Despite horror stories I found online, there was no trace of dirt or insects and the room had clearly been made-over recently with new wall coverings, glossy new paint on the crown/floor mouldings, furniture with no traces of dings or scratches.

2. There's no dirt or holes in the wall or anything like that, it's just a kind of faded 1980s ambience about everything apart from the lobby and the room itself.

3. They brought someone to fix it but the maintainance man left a big swath of dirt in the room so I had to call to ask them to clean it up.
